Fourth Grade Visits St. Augustine

Here are the fourth graders at the Spanish Quarter on St. George Street in St. Augustine. Everyone enjoyed the carpenter as he told all about woodworking in the 1700's.

Taking a little break in the shade to cool off at the Spanish Bakery. Mmmm can you smell the freshly baked bread? "Mrs. Jenkins, is it time for lunch yet? I'm starving."

Listening to our guide, we learned all about cannons, coquina and life at the fort. Look at the beautiful view from the Castillo de San Marcos.

The bus ride was fun. Lots of singing, laughing and taking pictures.

Fourth Grade Play Day

Say, "CHEESE!"

Baton relay was so fun!

Cheering on their classmates during the races.
