Hannah and Irina try "teaching" calendar math during our Team Time today with Mrs. Donnelly's and Mrs. Jenkins' classes. They were fabulous! I wonder who will get to try their hand at teaching tomorrow.

January Flag Raising

Students at Beaulclerc enjoyed a short flag raising ceremony before the rain fell on January 7, 2009. Our character trait for the month of January is COURAGE! Courage is sticking up for a friend when you see someone bullying him, making good choices even when they are not popular ones, trying new things and not being afraid to say what you think is right. Beauclerc students show courage every day.

Today Mrs. Jenkins was taking down the tree and putting away all of the decorations. These little guys are her favorites. Each year she adds a few more to her collection. Just before tucking them all away in the storage boxes she snapped this photo. This is the only snow you will see in Jacksonville this winter!
