Rainy Summer Days

I am working at S. P. Livingston Elementary School this summer, and this is what it looked like the other day.  I hope all of you "5th graders" are having a great summer - remember to READ, READ, READ!

Finished a Fantastic Novel

We finished reading Shiloh by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor, last week.  Great story about some very interesting characters - especially a dog that tugs at your heart.  We are celebrating by watching the 3 videos this week.  Remember 4th graders, this book is part of a trilogy, so Shiloh Season and Saving Shiloh would be sensational books to start your summer!!!
